Trading affirmations that are rules, not wishes

Money-attraction slogans do not help a trader. What helps is a short statement that restates a rule at the moment you are most likely to break it: after a stop, after a win, when a move is running without you. The statements here are written for specific situations, such as revenge trading, FOMO, risk that is too high or a long losing series.

How to use them

Read the set for your situation before the session and again after a stop. Pair a statement with an action: after a stop you pause, before an entry you name the setup. A phrase on its own changes little; a phrase tied to a protocol is a reminder to do something.
