Trading psychology: start from what just happened
Most trading psychology advice is a list of general tips. This section starts from the moment you are in: you lost a lot, raised the risk, want to win it back, got a series of stops, entered out of fear of missing a move. Pick the situation and you get what to do now, a short protocol and a checklist for the next trade, written as rules and not as motivation.
Your own numbers
The check-in turns a vague feeling into numbers. You log the day's trades with the result in R, whether each one followed your system and whether the risk was within your limit. The page then compares your system trades with everything else, shows what share of your recent loss came from trades with oversized risk, and gives a discipline score split into risk, setup and impulse control. The coach on the page is a fixed set of rules, not an AI model, and it returns one conclusion, one problem and one rule for the next session.
Losing streaks and what is normal
The Losing Streak Lab computes the exact chance of 3, 5, 8, 10 or 12 losses in a row for your win rate and number of trades. A streak that feels like proof that a strategy is broken is often an ordinary part of a random series. The result is a guide, because real trades are not perfectly independent.
Privacy and limits
Everything you enter stays in your browser. Nothing is sent to the site, and you can export or delete it at any time. This section analyses trading behavior. It is not medical advice, therapy or a diagnosis, and it does not promise profit. If trading causes serious distress or financial harm, talk to a qualified professional.
Questions and answers
Is my data stored on your servers?
No. Trades and answers are kept in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data deletes them.
Is the coach an AI?
No. It is a fixed set of rules applied to your log and answers, so it is predictable and works offline.
Will this make me profitable?
We make no such promise. The tools help you follow your own rules and see your own behavior in numbers.
